Mourad Arfaoui Technical AttachéWorld Customs Organization

Mr. Mourad Arfaoui is currently working at the World Customs Organization (WCO) as the Regional Development Manager for the Middle East and North Africa region. Prior to joining the WCO in 2012, he worked for the Tunisian Customs for 16 years in various managerial and operational positions. Mr. Arfaoui has strong expertise in many customs and management areas, including data analytics and emerging technologies. Mr. Arfaoui holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and a Master's degree in Risk Management in Finance and Insurance from the University of Cergy-Pontoise in France. He pursued a Master of specialization in Data Science at the Free University of Brussels from September 2021 to September 2022.
